DD: Animal Lover

I’m afraid we simply don’t have enough money to go buying costumes for everyone. But don’t worry, if we Redstones are good at anything, it’s improvising! We’re going to the thrift shop for some odds and ends, and to get some fabric of course! Time for you to make yourself a new costume to celebrate! Show them off now, my Dears! (Note, the best hand made costumes will be getting special loot for rewards!)

Oh. You have a halloween costume idea for yourself? What about your spirit? You don't want them to be left out.

At the thrift store, Laurence managed to find some old khakis and a pair of fairly dinged up boots, which eventually led to him dressing up as Steve Irwin!!! He found an old floatie tube and covered it in yellow fabric and using another floatie tube (similarly covered in yellow fabric) he put both pieces together to make a snake. He sewed this onto the khaki shirt and made sure there was enough wiggle room for his ickle Chrysanthemum to fit. There's room for the neck part of the snake so Chrys can wiggle around and give the illusion that it's a real snake. Chrys is also holding a small strip of red fabric as a make-shift snake tongue.

And voila! As a pair, they make Steve Irwin being lovingly hugged by a massive snake!
